Avoid for the first 24-48 hours:
- NOT TO WET YOUR LASHES, NO STEAM or SWEAT (no sauna, shower, swimming, exercise)
- NO oils, creams, serums or eye makeup near the lashes
- NO rubbing or touching your eyes
- NO sleeping face-down on your pillow
DO'S
- Be gentle with your lashes
- Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie
- Use nourishing lash serums or keratin boosters to support growth and strength
- Sleep on your back to avoid squishing your lashes
